Erased is a mystery anime about a man who travels back in time 5 to 10 minutes when anything around him goes wrong. He then must figure out what happened and fix it. When he was younger, there were a number of abductions and murders at his middle school. One day something from his past comes back to haunt him. (I won't be specific to avoid spoilers.) He then travels back to his middle school days to solve the crime and stop the murders.
This show has an impressive amount of intelligence and maturity, while, at the same time, not becoming too down. I find the main character interesting and the premise intriguing. As of now, two episodes have been released, and I wait, on the edge of my seat, for the next episode. This is definitely my favorite anime of the 2016 Winter Season so far.
